Dinner Series · Fall 2026

A table for 12.We pick up the check.

Gather them. Sit down. Post it. $10,000 to the campus that lands hardest.

fomo travels by word of mouth, and word of mouth happens at dinner — not in a feed. You choose the room and the 11 people at it. We pay for all of it.

  • Gather You pick the 11 people.
  • Sit One table, one conversation.
  • Bring They bring their people after.

$1,200Covered.

You never see a bill.

fomo books the restaurant and settles the check directly — up to $1,200 a table. No reimbursements, no receipts, nothing out of your pocket.

All we ask

  • Fill the 12 seats with people you actually know.
  • Send us a few lines the next day about who came.

Nobody at the table has to download anything for the check to be covered. The competition is separate, and entering it is your call.

$10,000One winner.

Every campus running a dinner is competing.

Host your table, post the night, and the views count toward your campus. The campus host with the most approved views at the end of Fall 2026 takes $10,000.

To qualify

  • Reach 1M approved views across your posts.
  • Every post says fomo paid. Undisclosed posts are rejected.

Claimed views are not counted — each post is checked against your insights first, and only the approved number reaches the board. Submit a post →

Illustrative until the first dinners run. TODO: link official rules before this goes live.

How the night runs

  1. 1. Before You name the room and the people. We book it and cover it.
  2. 2. At the table No deck, no pitch. Someone from fomo comes as a guest.
  3. 3. After You tell us who came and what landed. Good tables get asked back.

That is the entire run of show. There is no hidden second half where somebody stands up and presents something.

What we look for

  • Seats that carry a room Half your table should be people who bring others — a chapter officer, a captain, whoever runs the group chat.
  • A list you can write today If you can name all 11 right now, the table is real. If not, it is a plan.
  • A host people say yes to Not follower count. Whether the things you organise actually fill up.

What this is not

  • Not a launch party. 12 people, one table, one conversation.
  • Not a focus group. Nobody is going to make your friends rate an app.
  • Not a script. Post what you actually thought of the night — that is what travels.
  • Not a sales dinner. No deck, and nobody from fomo at the head of the table.

Deliverables

What you deliver

  1. 7 days before The list. 11 names, confirmed. We book the table to that number, so it has to be real.
  2. 48 hours before Any changes. Drop-outs happen and are fine. A table booked for 12 that seats 6 is not.
  3. On the night A full table. At least 10 of the 12 seats filled, and everyone 18 or over.
  4. Within 48 hours The recap. A few lines: who came, what landed, what did not. Not a report — an honest paragraph.
  5. Within 7 days Post it, and log it. Put the night out however you normally would, then submit the link so the views count toward your campus. Every post has to say fomo paid — that one is a rule, not a preference.

What fomo delivers

  1. On approval The booking. We find and reserve the restaurant, or take yours if you already have one.
  2. On approval Something to forward. A confirmation you can send your table, so the invite comes from you and looks real.
  3. On the night The check, settled directly. Up to $1,200. You never pay, never front it, never file an expense.
  4. After Your link, and the credit. Every signup through it is attributed to you, and we tell you the number.

Miss a deliverable and nothing happens to you — we just probably won't book the next one. There is no clawback and nothing to sign.
